With uninterrupted panoramic water views, sun drenched north facing living areas providing the most idyllic spot for a relaxed retreat to unwind and destress.
If you are an avid fisherman you have found your paradise. Waihau Bay is renowned for having some of the best fisheries in New Zealand and the boat ramp is just a 1 minute drive away. And when it's busy you have the added bonus of parking the trailer in your own concrete driveway.
The house is all yours during your stay. You can choose to socialize with the neighbors or just enjoy your quiet quaint home. The kitchen has all supplies that you will need during your stay, pots, pans fry pans and all crockery and cutlery. There is a BBQ on the deck and gas is provided.
